Any patient who has an impending airway problem, or is not oxygenating well enough, needs to have an r s i. This will optimize their neurological function and try and mitigate any secondary damage that might occur. A sweet spot for getting them through a c t is probably around about a g c s of 14 to 15,. But potentially 13, if they're been observed closely, below that. And it starts to become a little bit of a case by case basis as to whether you can get them through the scan.
