Is the Problem Solvable?

The level of skill that you need for a parent to trust you with their infant when they haven't met you is very, very high. The uber model only works because there's a whole bunch of basically replaceable people with a common skill. And so now we have this disconnect where its like when we want to solve the problem of infant watching for for mams, but that talent pool who can solve the problem the supply of baby sitters? They might not exist.
