You need at least one degree to understand the shit. And I only have a theoretical degree in physics. So he does ask that sort of thing. Like, why is it that if there is these simple, exact and stable level where you can sum up everything that the universe does? He covers three big sources of uncertainty in answering this question. The first is that you can be governed by stable fundamental rules without knowing them. We do not yet have a theory of everything.
