How I Was Disconnected When I Was Younger

"I always felt, when i was younger, i was very disconnected from the people round me," she says. "i kind of didn't know how to make, how to connect with people." She recalls her mother-in-law planting shrubs on her front patio in a hot day and feeling angry at being asked for them. 'What i wanted was human connection,' she writes. "'But instead I'm going to like, trying to save the world first' - that's my own story'."
