Is There a New Speaker in the House?

This year has been a little different. Compared to what happened two years ago, it's almost laughable. There have been some funny and comical scenes as Republicans struggle to elect a new speaker. It does raise concerns. What if something like that were to happen in this very uncertain period where Congress actually can't do anything until a speaker is elected? So there are real concerns, not just the political drama.
