With great power comes great responsibility. It was nicol's job to figure out how to work with gogal to properly harness all that data, not get burned by it. At times, people would do things that they didn't realize were superexpensive. One of the biggest challenges for us is that we had no visibility into a lot of these details. And so we literally couldn't even visualize what was going on ourselves because the data wasn't available.
