Storage Units as an Asset Class?
i like being onser, i because i know something will happen at some point in the economy. Nobody knows when, but it's important to have that cushion. I'd simply analyze by the numbers, the return of my money. So if it's a 20 or more % return every single year, it's very likely that i will do that deal. However, note that i recently invested in some car washes, and it's giving me, i think, 60 or 70 % return on my money now e're talking. But i would not do it again. Because it's not worth my time.
