West Indies domination from the late 70s till early 19 started coming to an end. The steep winter revolution forced the cream of West Indian cricketers to ply their trade elsewhere as profitless. And because the administrators at the players were not on the same page that resulted in most of the top West Indies cricketers in the limited hours format not representing West Indies internationals. Right this is really a very sad story to digest.
