Is Your Anxiety Activated?

Anxiety can be triggered by the environment or circumstances in which you find yourself. So if you're not doing much in your life, and you don't have many triggers, your anxiety is not likely to be that active. But then if you are in a different kind of situation, and your anxiety has triggered, you could be a lot more anxious for. And it's just the exposure to these triggers that is activating your anxiety.
