The SAT is a good way to get an assessment of where you're weak and where you're strong. I would do it more with the ACT, we don't know what that's going to look like for the student. And if you're the kind of student that can do well, then you probably have APs in 10th or at least a couple from schools with APs. You should start looking at doing the test at the end of the 10th grade. If you're like most people, maybe you take your first test then. Then maybe you end up really nailing your score in June,. Or even summer of the rising senior year. Right.
