i'm pretty confident that it is fairly common. There's obviously the degree at which you a person uses inside information to make money. The people who are making those money and trading on really highly guarded information usually get caught, because they go t heavily ar into it. But, y, i would not be surprised at all to know that, a, a lot of people engaged in it. A, because your it's a probably quite difficult to regulate.
