The Importance of Historicizing
I think that the importance of historicizing and thinking very clearly about what the process is is key because it forces us into a mindset that gives us different entry points. As we start thinking about artifacts that bring in so many of our value systems as a culture and so on it problematizes everything right. I just think that making explicit this methodology is really important to say that part of what we're doing here in dialogue is trying to uncover some of the ways we can better think against the grain, he says.
