Is There a Difference Between a Text Book and a Codebook?

Sy, i never went to school for programming, and i know way more than you w that's he kind of cus tback point behind the hundred dollar mba. If you're going to learn coating at any sort of institution where it's got to go through that formalized process to get it proved, is by definition, out of date? Especially if they use text books for it.
