Kearney's Killings in Tijuana

Patrick Wayne Kearney shot and killed a 13-year-old boy in Englewood, New Jersey. He then moved to Tijuana where he committed several other murders. All the victims were shot in the head, raped, and dismembered. The Mexican authorities learned of Kearney's California killings and suspected he was responsible for the Tijuana killings as well. But there was not enough proof to link Kearney to the crimes.
