When you're feeling over and too busy, your fuse is shorter. A moving project is anything in your life that is taking up a substantial amount of your time and energy. You don't have adequate time to recharge because all your time has been spent reving up instead of recharging. When it comes to work projects, i also want to add here that when it's overwhelming or unsustainable, it's not necessarily because you're working too many hours.
