The new arpa entity will re direct a billion dollars of beter funding a year. It's huge compared to what private philanthropy so far is able to do in turms of yo year to year funding. i think red teaming is a terrible idea for the folloing reasons. A lot of people are just inclined to go along with the floe and to agree with others. So you need have a set of people that are formally assigned t that responsibility.
