Odysseus and the Lotus-Eaters
The sailors who had eaten the lotus-flowers eventually fell asleep, and when they awoke, they had only vague memories of the land. Odysseus reached through the crowd and grabbed his crew member by the hand. He dragged the sailor towards the ship, but the man resisted. Fortunately, two other soldiers rushed to help, and the three of them were able to subdue the man and drag him to the boats. The men set to see again and continued on their journey.
