It can distinguish real and unreal job ads, but for me the question is, does it really learn what we as humans define as a real ad? It's definitely able to distinguish these human labels that we annotated. I think there are so many other interesting issues that we could go into for example in education with admissions. There's a very nice study that I want to maybe side note at this stage on cultural biases and motivation letters.
