I would recommend getting a survey done or seeing if they have one already done. It just it makes things a lot easier too when you're going if you're getting bank financing I've recently had banks ask for a copy of the survey too which I previously hadn't had that done but I just did a commercial loan where they asked for a Copy of the Survey.
