The best predictor of future behavior is previous behavior. Companies often say they want somebody who's going to start producing quickly. At least two to three years of relevant previous experience shows they've had sales one on one, you don't have to give that to them. The key question in that situation is what really led to that person's success? Was it their own effort? Or was the fact that in that previous situation, they held that brand recognition and collateral material that really opened the doors for them?
