What Have You Been Seeing Over the Pandemic?

We are still seeing many properties in our market fly off the shelf, either. The day of listing in some cases prior to even being successfully marketed. I mean, there is a demand and especially in the luxury market. We're still getting that West Coast to East Coast migration more so than I've ever seen in over twenty years of doing this. And we aren't quite yet seeing buyers not in the luxurymarket who are expecting a lot of room for negotiation.
