The Importance of Taking Breaks
Cleaning is something that I still I struggle with a ton and something I'm still yet to find like a great resource on. It's really easy to just feel like so like shish aimed when you have a room that's just disgusting and you haven't been able to take care of it. So taking breaks, starting off really small, maybe that gives you the motivation to throw your clothes in your hamper. That's a huge one. Just picking up the dirty clothes and putting them somewhere where you're not looking at them. You got to do it anyway before you wash them. When there's enough of them that can make a real difference.
