Aaron lee skeen was convicted of the kidnapping and murder of andy jeffers. He terrorized sandy when she went out after school by herself as a depressed teen. The killer got life without parole, but i only wish something could have been done when he terrorized me. Perhaps things would have been different for sandy this happened over a decade ago.
