What Makes a Market?
Real estate works really well in inflation, but what of a deflationary environment? A thowll real estate structure kind of implodes ecause it's all based on inflation. Think you and i are on the opposite side to that spectrum, which i guess is what makes tha market. I don't see how the how indestrates can go up at this point. And industrates would be low for long periods of time.
