i don't think, i would not say that it is a universal truth tat ye, you can just cancel that hour of sleep for an extra hour of working out. 98 % of recovery is eating and sleeping. And no amount of ice baths or space leg you know, nerote, whatever they're called,. cold massage pants, a, like, they're not going to help if you're not sleeping well... You got to find a balance between getting extra sleep some days and getting a little a sleep other days.
