Shoulder Injuries

A, as far as i'm aware, there's not good human evidence validating that those that you need to have those concerns. The sorts of injuries that you might see at the shoulder tend to be quite a bit frent than what you'd be looking at with quadrucep to ham string strength ratios. And ultimately, reasoning from analogy is a very weak form of evidence. For most people r lifting, it certainly doesn't hurt to do more pulling a little bit of extra bicep work.
