You Know, the Judge Who Sentenced You to Two Life Sentences With No Possibility of Parole
leonard i was about to get to this point about your sentencing, and i was looking up some of the data on this. And among there's something like two point, two point two point three million people behind bars in america to day,. About two thirds are in state prisons and federal jails. Of that one and a half million who are in state and federal prisons, roughly 200 thousand, the last that i saw count, are there serving a life sentence. Half of them are black. But interestingly, about eight %, 17 thousand, are people who were convicted of non violent offenses. Now, one can make too much of the distinction between non violent and violent offences. There
