The Future of HR

More young people are going into human resources, which on the surface kind of runs counter to everything we were just talking about. I think when you look at the function of HR is so multifaceted now, right? There's lots of transferable skills in the different roles that allow you to have more growth and more mobility. And also younger generations are thinking about their careers, less of ladders and more like lattices.
