The Supreme Court's Next Decision on Online Content Moderation

Will Duffield: This does not solve all of the kind of questions about what the court might say about online content moderation. Jennifer Huddleston: The Supreme Court is likely to next term consider two cases involving net choice and CCIA, both technology company trade associations suing Florida and Texas over their online content moderation state laws. Will Duffield: I think there's very little that can be read into this decision with regards to any particular justices thinking on the net choice cases.
