If you buy two parcels, basically investing more than 75 thousand dollars, then you were required to visit the country only once per year, and not every six months. I would still recommend coming to the country every once in a while, even im getting your residency. In getting your residency is for the first time you they're going to want to interview you for list half an hour, and that usually is in person. So you you may have to make at least one visit.
