The Cost of Borrowing in a US Government

Clearfield is a manufacturing and Air Force community about 20 miles north of Salt Lake. The majority of my population is made up of manufacturing and engineers. In order to have that housing come in, we have to have the ability to park. We committed to the transit authority that we would bond ourselves as a city to build that parking structure. And so one would normally look at that and say it's not that big of a deal until you start bringing in the US defaulting on its failing to increase its debt ceiling.
