The European Health Insurance Card has been replaced by the G-HIC. It is a rebranding and it's got a big union flag on it, but that makes no difference. The most important thing is if you are going to the European Union, make sure you have a G-H IC. Do not be very careful with Google unless you're being sent to an actual NHS or gov.uk website for your card.
