The Bulletproof Diet

The Bulletproof diet is not really a diet so much as to me when I think of diet. The first thing that I noticed was my mental clarity and my brain fog was gone. Any prioritizes a lot of really, really good fats, things like grass fed butter, MCT or coconut oil, and avocados. And prioritizing these things so we can help our body transition from being a carb or sugar burners into using fat as our energy source.
