It's such a big movement and it's worth so much money because it works, that one of the hardest things about penese,. is that, like human behaviour, change would be easy. You've got to eat healthy and work out for three or four weeks before there's any change in your physical body shape - which can take up to five years. So measurement is superimportant. We have this weird psychology that the second we pop the champagne to celebrate that victory in business, that big goal that we've accomplished, literally by the time the cork hits the floor, we've sad another bigger goal with no reward at all
