What Is Strategy?

Eme: There is no singular strategy, or at least i don't believe there is that. In my view, companies as a whole should have a strategy for their business which defides how they are going to achieve their business goals. Embedded within that are a number of substrategies, if you want to call them theror contributing strategies,. Like the marketing strategy for the company, of the ip strategy, and of course, the innovation strategy.
