To me, sales is not about selling. It's about helping people. And so when you walk into a meeting or any room, the first thing i think about, no matter who i'm meeting, is i wonder how i can help them. I actually love talking about this, because i think people, the way i hear it spoken about is so unhelpful. They'll start asking questions.
