The Devaluation of Nursing Staff
Nursing staff across the UK felt their voice had been taken away. Any government that would stand back and think that's okay needs to really hold up the mirror again. There is something here about us being a 90% female workforce. It means a lot but you can't pay your bills with love. You have to get a decent wage too. The value of caring has been devalued for a number of reasons.
