Your Superpower to Be Rooted in the Moment
When you were a kid do you think there was a moment where you had to really sink into your personality into your identity and be cool with being yourself? I know you were bullied as a kid for being gay. My first moments was really being sexually abused and sexually molested by my stepfather was terrible so that kind of made me grow up really quickly psychologically because I had to make a decision to fight a flight. The more you can find comfort in being uncomfortable the more you can get comfortable being uncomfortable.
