The Effects of Insufficient Omega-3 Intake on Mortality

Harvard researchers went out and they used a method called comparative risk assessments. They found that not getting enough omega-3 from seafood in EPA and DHA form has been identified to leading to 84,000 deaths a year. Wild fish especially wild Alaskan salmon is the best source of omega-3s. However, I must warn against farm salmon due to the way that they've been fed.
