How Did You Come to Be a Member of the Gim?

i think three of your staff members have been members of your gem that are now incredible cotches in their own rite. And then, from what i listened to on your i f b a pordcast interview, it was that you were like ineed to bring some kind of staff membrone. So talk to me a little bit about that first staff member you brought on and how you came to go to that point.
