Oppenheimer: A Lab Director

Robert Oppenheimer had two broad qualities that made him a very exceptional lab director, Edward Teller's the best he ever knew. One is this breadth of knowledge that he cultivated in order to be on top of all things at all times. He really was a psychologically astute person considering how difficult his own personality was. And so many little, sometimes very mundane pieces kind of have to come together and then suddenly something seems very obvious in hindsight.
