When relics of a saint in the Catholic tradition are moved from one place to another, that is called the translation of the body. If you walk into St. Peter's Basilica, you go to the right. And the first altar is the Pietà, and the second altar is the body of John Paul II,. So that's a physical translation. This is a intellectual translation, an ideological translation, that the empire has moved.
