Each emotion has more precise, specific versions of it, yes? And being able to define which one it is will give you more understanding as to why and where it's coming from. I think that's where language can actually be incredibly powerful. It's ve saing that i think reading that book could be a really useful exercise for people. Or just generally become more read because the better your language, the less simple your emotions will be.
