Ed Miliband will be attending the COP 27 summit in Glasgow next week. He says there is a trail of broken promises and we are not on track to halve global emissions by 2050. But he argues that climate action is essential for Britain's economic future. The Labour leader also wants to build alliances with like-minded countries, businesses and civil society.
