There will be a red lane for goods that go from Northern Ireland to Ireland, i.e. the European Union and a green lane for Goods that are going to just stay in Northern Ireland. And there will also be some sort of formal role for the European Court of Justice in the governance of Northern Ireland but it seems that they will try to solve any disputes via a series of intermediary bodies. Which way do we think the DUP will jump? They began the process with very positive noises about 10 days ago and have been getting increasingly hostile, it seems to me.
