The most well-worn path is that you work for someone in your 20s and do an apprenticeship. Most people who start a business are 42, most successful entrepreneurs are 42 and they start. Millionaire entrepreneurs started at 42, sold the business at 57. So there are very few who actually super successful entrepreneurs who started in their 20s.
