I always aim to build a very huge aerobic pace while I'm trained all year long. And this actually what helped me to go for the 100 miles and 600k with 1200 meters elevation gain in Lebanon. This is how I do it. I always build a huge, a very huge aerobatic base. So that's my training plan right now. It will be interesting to see if we can get some more speed work into his race program.
