Bedspins and Ear Infections
The mechanisms in the ear are filled with fluid and little hair tyght things. These let your brain know what the orientation of the head is. If you have an ear infection, it can cause a similar problem if there's inappropriate stimulation of those little hairs. They start firing as if the fluid was spinning around which woul leave your body to think that you are spinning around.
