The History of Qasam Suleimani
When the Taliban government collapsed, many members of Okaidah fled Afghanistan and crossed the border into Iran. Suleimani assigned two Revolutionary Guard commanders to essentially tend to their needs. They were given televisions, they were given money to build a library. Their families were taken out on shopping outings.
