Ian Curtis and the Idiots

Ian Curtis had these chops because he was from the more middle-class town of Macclesfield, just 40 minutes outside of Manchester. He'd just seen Iggy Pop perform with David Bowie at the same concert hall where we saw Peter Hook just a couple of weeks ago. The show that Ian Curtis saw was Iggy Pop playing his 1977 solo debut, The Idiots which eventually became the Ian Curtis's favorite album.
